HRV keeps shutting down in cold weather. I need it operating or windows frost up. Technician didn't let it run long enough to trip off and left it as is. Problem continues. Money and time wasted!

Aaron and his team from Blue Ox were able to install a new high efficiency boiler in a very awkward and tight utility area. They were quite knowledgeable about boilers and radiant floor heating and were able to complete the installation in a timely manner. They also did a great job of cleanup afterwards.

Everyone I dealt with at Blue Ox Heating and Air provided excellent service--and they provided immediate service. The only thing they didn't do was to provide me with rebate information and forms until I asked about it. However, they were willing to mail me the forms when I asked.

Service was great. Original problem, called in, was solved by a very competent technician. Homeowner agreement was logical and acceptable. I would rather know about a future problem developing so that I can avoid a breakdown which is more costly.
